Refund & Return Policy

At The Revive Lab, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags included, and with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us at bossman430@icloud.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Orders placed through TikTok Shop

Returns for orders placed on TikTok Shop are handled under TikTok Shop's return and refund policy. You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return, and TikTok provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please start these returns from your TikTok order history rather than by contacting us directly.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us right away and we will replace it or refund you in full, including all shipping costs. This applies to every item we sell, with no exceptions.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns on orders placed directly through this store, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. For TikTok Shop orders, TikTok provides a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Items that cannot be returned

Gift cards, and opened or used personal-care or hygiene products, cannot be returned. Items individually marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Promotional or discounted pricing on its own does not make an item final sale.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post it.
