Refund & Return Policy

At The Revive Lab, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at bossman430@icloud.com. If accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, so we can make it right.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post it.

Certain items cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and opened or used personal-care or hygiene products.
